Job Qualification:
- Student applicants must be currently enrolled in a 4-year course like Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or any related courses
- Highly interested in doing lab work, and experimentation
- Creative
- With good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be open for a hybrid work setup every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Job Description:
- To conduct experiments on the conceptualized product demos by the R&D Demo Team
- To share ideas, and insights and participate in the R&D Demo Team brainstorming sessions
- To test acceptance of the created product demos to consumers, and key stakeholders
- To conduct science experiments on company products

Pros
The best thing about working at our company is the strong sense of community and support.
We currently have a hybrid work arrangement, thanks to our considerate former Talent Acquisition Manager.
They assisted me during my internship by also allowing me to explore my skills and ideas.
We have monthly complimentary products, hybrid setup, flexi time, life insurance, and a rice allowance.
The company promotes a culture of growth, collaboration, and respect, both in and out of the office.
Cons
One of the challenges can be the fast-paced nature of the work... it can be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace.
Company's office still needs improvement. We still have limited workspace especially for interview purposes.
None. It is more on personal issue such as work location. I am from Bulacan and the office is located in Quezon City.
There are processes wherein we cannot control the duration or waiting time, especially when it comes to the availability of interviewers.
Though we have longer work hours, we have flexible work schedules that can be applied.
