Application Process & Interviews at Personal Collection Direct Selling

The process is designed to ensure a thorough evaluation of both a candidate's skills and fit with the company’s culture.

The interview process has many steps but it was fast and organized. They process every applicant immediately.

Flexible arrangements, with option of face to face and virtual interviews, with online assessments.

As the recruiter, we are partly in control of the interview process and assessments. But, there are processes wherein we cannot control the duration or waiting time - especially when it comes to the availability of other interviewers/hiring managers and on how soon we can provide the final decision and job offers to candidates.

What is your deal breaker at work?

Behavioral and motivation interview questions like giving an example of a challenging situation I experienced at work, how did I approach solving it and what was the outcome.

As an intern, they asked about my skills and requirements in my school.

I was asked how my position would fit my career goals, what are my motivations. I was asked about the ideal organization I've been with. I was asked about my ideas about the company and its business model.

I was assessed based on my previous work performance.

Review/ Research about the company and the position

Preparing well and presenting yourself authentically will help you stand out as a strong candidate.

I would advice for the candidates applying to the company to be prepared and realistic to their credentials.

Research on the background of the company, mission and vision and how you will be able to contribute to it. Demonstrating the values that aligns with the company during the interview. Sharing how the company can support you when you get employed.

Best to be honest with how you handle deliverables, and to state specific instances to prove it. If you are willing to wait, this will be appreciated as it might take time for the company to give the final decision. Rest assured though, that we are trying to improve/address this.
