Management Trainee Program - Business Analyst (Rolling Intake)

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology
• Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and project management, and Outsystems skills
• Highly proficient in facilitating discussions, retail business concepts, and workflow reengineering.
• Willing to render longer working hours and has the ability to work under heavy time pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Serves as the Project Lead of all business process improvement and manages the entire project from phases and process.
• Prepares all the manuals of the process/systems change in language clearly understood by the end-user.
• Propose new product features and updates.
• Ensure that requirements are interpreted correctly through work product reviews derived from requirements specifications.
• Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
