Your Role

• Represent the department during company-sponsored events or while working offsite.
• work on processing functions, must be fully cross-trained on all processing functions.
• Think independently and offer suggestions and solutions for team improvement.
• Written Communications – must be able to detail procedures and develop both internal and external communications.
• Implement departmental policy and procedure changes with associates.
• Provide training to Customer Service teams and communicate department changes.
• Run the day-to-day workflow and meet department service levels.
• Handle and resolve critical issues.
• Lead department projects and set priorities.
• Provide assistance and mentorship on issues as necessary.
• Provide objective feedback related to team development and training needs.

About You

• College Graduate of any 4-year Business Course (preferably with QSR experience).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Knowledge of all aspects of store operations is an advantage.
• With excellent interpersonal skills.
