How has being part of a Commercial Development program helped you in your career?
It gave me opportunities early on in my career that allowed me to have a very strong understanding of the business fundamentals and what it takes to be a marketer.
How have you grown from being a part of PMI?
In my 4 years in the company, I was able to discover my strengths and how I can maximize that so I can always give my best in everything that I do.
What are your goals and aspirations for the future?
My goal for the future is for me to continue to give value to the people I work with through the ideas I give, the passion and energy I exude, and the leadership I provide.
What is a personal story of yours about your transformation in order to reach an aspiration of yours?
I am a very emotional person and early on in my career, every hurdle or setback would send me into an emotional rollercoaster. But as I matured into my career, having even bigger responsibilities, I’ve learned to choose my battles and be more composed. Being able to control my emotions and handle myself through adversity has enabled me to be a more reliable collaborator and leader.
