The Recruitment Associate will be working with the Talent Acquisition team in all hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains online job portals
- Builds relations and implements campus-related initiatives
- Builds relations and implements review center initiatives
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conducts candidate call outs and initial phone screening
- Acts as a point of contact for computer-based assessment/examination
- Maintains accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database
Qualification Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related course
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the role of HR Recruitment, Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies
- Competencies: Targeted selection, Sourcing Strategies, Talent acquisition (sourcing, recruitment and hiring), Relationship management, Analytical thinking, Marketing and communications, Strong client orientation, Ability to perform multiple complex tasks, Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of a team
