This role is dedicated to transforming the client's content into attractive and informational graphics, allowing them to effectively reach their target audience and elicit the response they desire. The Document Development Center (DDC) team works with clients to meet their multimedia branding and formatting needs and then utilizes advanced skill and industry-leading software to create tangible outcomes while adhering to PwC's brand and culture.
This position will report to the Supervisor or Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client's ask and deliver design as per the requirement.
- Design documents using MS Suite and Google Suite.
- Visualize and translate information into effective and meaningful infographics.
- Edit visual outputs (e.g. photos and illustrations) using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Understand PwC and related brands and apply effectively to create high-end value added designs.
- Visualize and design proposals, presentation decks, brochures, infographics, mailers, banners.
- Enhance overall look and feel of standard documents as per firm's brand guidelines.
- Perform edits/revisions based on requestor's feedback.
- Work simultaneously on a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams.
- Ensure high standard of quality in deliverables through thorough self-review.
- Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
- Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, invest in team building, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
- Must be able to work with tight deadlines.
Qualification Requirements
- Educational Background: University degree or similar in fine arts, multimedia arts, or related discipline
- Work experience: 0-1 year
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of the following applications consistent with Firm's standards: MS Office applications (particularly Powerpoint and Word), Google Suite applications (particularly Slide and Docs)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend instructions, visualize and convert content/information into meaningful visual presentation.
- Out of the box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new design technologies.
- Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.
