Your responsibilities

• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
• Develop and execute team vision, goals, and planning against applicable objectives.
• Maintain awareness and problem-solving of programs and efforts (cost, schedule, performance).
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
• Execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements including supporting the development of learning strategies, needs assessments, content development, and training delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Competent with predictive modeling and motivational interviewing.
• Strong command of the English language, experience with writing protocols, and good communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills.
