Senior Associate

Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Manage network servers and technology tools (server, network, firewalls, voice and cloud systems). Monitor performance and maintain systems in accordance with business requirements.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion scheduled jobs such as backups.
Responsible for estimating, planning, and delivering IT Infrastructure setup in support of project initiatives (ie.: Floor expansion, data center migration/move, cloud migrations, etc.).
Support and maintain identity systems (Active Directory) within the center.
Perform routine proactive network and server maintenance activities including firmware upgrades, patching etc.
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical environment issues and implement permanent resolutions to mitigate problems.
Participate in required compliance activities as needed, including data log collection, statistical analysis and proper reporting standards.
Provides support for both the Avaya phones, and equipment running over communication networks such as VOIP.
Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor Degree - Computer and Information Science, Bachelor Degree - Computer Engineering, Bachelor Degree - Information Technology
