Role Summary:

The Q&C Associate/Analyst performs independent review of work requests in the nature of quality control and provides feedback in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions. The role will combine elements of documenting and reporting the results of QA review, monitoring the feedback received from PMOs and engagement teams on a regular basis and providing timely updates to management. Likewise, the Q&C Associate/Analyst will participate in quality improvement programs and contribute heavily in areas related to continuous process improvement. The position reports to Q&C Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Q&C review of work requests on a sampling basis and document adverse feedback received from Engagement Teams

• Perform monthly operational compliance checks

• Identify process improvements based on trends from previous Q&C reviews

• Discuss issues found with the Delivery Team on regular and targeted reviews

• Answer queries and provide guidance to delivery team necessary to perform the work

• Prepare Q&C reports
