About the Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from sourcing to on-boarding);
- Execute and manage the recruitment, sourcing, and branding strategies and plans in all platforms available (LinkedIn, Job Street, Academe, Referral Program, Job Fairs);
- Work with hiring teams to forecast, plan, and understand the hiring needs and timeline
About You
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Recruitment and Selection.
- 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in full cycle of recruitment with focus on technical roles.
- Adept in navigating sourcing platforms such as Job Street, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.;
- Ability to multitask, a team player and can handle pressure with grace;
- Excellent verbal and written skills for interpersonal communication.
- Can work effectively with different nationalities in a large group of Human Resource in Southeast Asia.
- Open to work from home until further notice.
