Your role

• Manages and coordinates the daily/weekly/monthly appointments and travels of the Partner
• Prepares the logistic requirements for Partner's meetings (in-house, on-site, and teleconference)
• Coordinates with HR and/or Travel Management tor Partner's travel logistics

Training, development & rotations

The SGV Foundation supported the launch and implementation of EY Ripples, an EY global corporate responsibility program that provides EY professionals with opportunities to use their knowledge, skills, and experience to positively impact millions of lives.

SGV conducted a series of training workshops for SGV volunteers before conducting teaching programs in different schools in Metro Manila. Volunteers taught 6th-grade students about the basics of entrepreneurship and financial management as well as mentored high school students online with financial advice for the JA Business Skills Pass program, where students create and register their own companies.

About you

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field but preferably in Business Administration
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Has ease in operating all necessary office equipment, including printers and fax machines
• Executes professionalism in handling telephone calls and emails
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Has good team-building skills and can work with minimum supervision
• Is flexible on work arrangement
• Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information
