CUSTOMER CARE PAYMENT SUPPORT (Australian Energy Account)

  • Inbound & Outbound calls - initiate contact with customers to follow up on outstanding or overdue payments and offer payment arrangement and support
  • Compensation Package PHP18,000 (17k basic + 1k program allowance)
  • Performance incentives (Profit Shares)
  • Dayshift and Midshift Schedules available
  • We will prioritize candidates who can Work from Home: must have strong and stable internet connection, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10, with USB headset with microphone
  • We can also arrange Work onsite – must be willing to commute to site
