Office Space Planner (Rolling Intake)

Responsibilities:

• Creates drawings, space planning and design, and performs other tasks following client requirements and direction.
• Ensures accuracy of design plan by double-checking or auditing output.
• Communicates directly with counterparts or stakeholders. Analyzes and clarifies information required to complete deliverables.
• Encodes hours worked on individual projects into department database on a daily basis, monitors estimated hours, and prepares addendums when necessary.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Drafting-related courses, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Experience in modular furniture design and space planning preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Good English communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task; self-motivated and directed.

Training Period: 60 to 90 days.
