Product Specialist

Education and/or Experience:

• Candidate must possess a degree in any medical science course (Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Sports Science, Psychology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology) or engineering course (Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with no experience in Medical Equipment are also welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on-site.

• Critical competencies include: analytical decision-making; attention to detail; teamwork; working in a fast-paced environment; initiative
• Possesses exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills to facilitate interaction with all staff levels and customers
• Customer service oriented
• Must be open to being dispatched to any point in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao for a short period of time

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage customer and employee training classes.
• Prepare presentations for sessions at lectures, training programs, and fairs.
• Prepare complementary support training information and provide quick tips, and workbooks.
• Administer applications and provide technical expertise.
• Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports, training materials, and documentation for end users.
• Assist customers and provide operational and end-user support.
• Assist the head of the department and prepare project progress.
• Assist with system checks and quality assurance.
• Work with aid end users and provide support to infrastructure facilities and ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing support measures.

Remuneration:

• PHP 20,000.00 - PHP 25,000.00 monthly
