The position oversees the day-to-day operational requirements of the E-commerce Finance Unit, thereby ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all invoicing requirements within reasonable timeframes or as defined by existing policies, all e-commerce transactions are properly processed, recorded and reported within the required period.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures the completeness, accuracy and the timely posting of sales issuances related to e-commerce transactions
• Ensures the completeness, accuracy and the timely preparation and delivery of billing documents to include but not limited to the following:
a. Sales Invoices for e-commerce consignment accounts
b. Statement of Accounts for e-commerce consignment accounts
• Performs validation of payments and reconciliation of remittances
• Ensure payment requests are processed, accurately accounted for, complete with necessary approvals within the required period
• Customer refunds are properly monitored and processed within reasonable timeframes as prescribed by the existing policy.
• Ensures sufficiency of all required period reversals, adjustments, and month-end accruals
• Accurately and efficiently prepares reports, data, and information related to e-commerce and receivable reports
• Conducts regular concurrent controls in order to determine possible procedural lapses and consequently proposed corrective measures for implementation
• Plans and implements staff enhancement programs such as delegation and/or involvement of down-lines to new tasks and Training, Development, and Coaching geared towards the enhancement of the staff's capability and cultivating their potential year-on
Other Responsibilities
• Ensures the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of all required file maintenance
• Monitors Accountable forms through proper inventory
• Performs Other Task assigned
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail or related industry
• Strong leadership and management (Problem-Solving, Planning, Organizing, Time Management, and Administrative) skills
• Strong Analytical ability
• Customer-service oriented and a team player
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business computer applications, preferably with SAP Computer Software
