Retail Marketing Assistant (Start ASAP)

We are looking for someone who will support and assist the Retail Marketing team in handling Havaianas and Dupe brands.

PROMOTIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
• Main point person for all retail marketing needs of Department stores and Consignment accounts for both Havaianas and Dupe
• Creates promotional items and mechanics for Dupe, Department stores, and Consignment accounts
• Prepares DTI permits for all marketing activities
• Prepares memo of promotional details for the mall and ensures clear cascade to accounts
• Supervises physical counting of all marketing inventory
• Coordinates with the internal department for the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Handle other Marketing ad hoc projects as may be assigned

DOCUMENTATION and DATA DOWNLOAD
• Prepares PO's, transmittals, mall memos and other documents and forms for promotions
• Coordinates permits and other requirements with mall administration necessary for marketing initiatives
• Monitors inventory of PWP and GWP and closely coordinates with the internal department for check and balance
• Closely coordinate with Operations in sales data gathering of retail promotions
• Files payments, memo and all incoming and outgoing documents


PROCESSING and COORDINATION OF MARKETING DOCUMENTS
• Regularly coordinates mall posters, SNS postings, and other in-mall placements with mall administration
