Your role

The Back Room Offshoring Inc. seeks candidates with BS Psychology, BS Business Administration, or BS Accountancy for key responsibilities including:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Help calculate and prepare 13th-month pay for eligible employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Payroll Team.
