2022 IE Execution Intern

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures to perform the assigned tasks. 
• Ensure tool capacity readiness to support the volume requirement.
• Creation of timeline for capacity ramp & new project.
• Facilitate/oversee the timeline of activities will be meet based on plan.
• Receiving of parts and deployment to manufacturing area.
• Coordinate to other groups for all the tooling capacity activities.
• Conduct time study and data analysis.
• Provide the capacity assessment based on volume or request as needed.
• Regular review/update of tool capacity matrix/profile.

Requirements

• With work experience in manufacturing set-up.
• Willing to learn and adopt the changes based on organization requirement.
• Can easily follow instructions and execute them.
• Capable to do multiple activities at the same time
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and and PowerPoint
• Knows how to perform time-study.
• Knowledgeable in work sampling
• Knowledgeable in Lean concept. Hardworking and Willing to learn.
• Result oriented and has a sense of urgency.
• Can deal effectively to other groups with minimal supervision.
