Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated students to join our engineering teams. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members for each function and contribute to various businesses as usual and project-related tasks
• Collect, collate, analyze and report on data related to role-relevant processes
• Attend relevant training and assessments as required throughout the graduate program
• Exhibit a customer-centric approach to all aspects of your work
• Identify opportunities for improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency and work with relevant stakeholders to design and implement improvements into the standard operating procedure
• Bring new engineering insights into manufacturing practices
• Drive communication and collaboration within cross-functional workgroups
• Keep up to date with new developments in slider MFG technologies

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in problem-solving, written and verbal communication, excellent organization skills, and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
