Please describe the interview process and assessments.
The interview process included some proficiency tests which I completed at home before arriving for an in person interview. This included a section where I recorded myself answering some basic interview questions. The interview process was stress free and the directors who interviewed me were very friendly.

I was hired from within, so I only had an interview with the directors.

Initial correspondence with HR, did the test and video interviews. Got through to the 2 interviews, which were more like a "meet the team". Interview was also very accommodating with my request for online interviews

Try your best during the aptitude tests that you will take at home. During the interview, make sure to give examples of times you have used your problem solving skills, as well as times you have worked well in teams.
