So far my training has been multiple one on ones with my senior coworkers. After familiarizing me with at task, I then attempt it on my own while being encouraged to ask any questions that I have during the process. Furthermore, teams meetings are held as "refreshers" on how to complete different sections of an audit, which are very good opportunities for learning.

Prior to joining the company, I had no experience with accounting software and had only limited exposure to tax issues during my university studies. However, both my proficiency with accounting software and my understanding of professional tax matters have developed gradually through the excellent training and development programs offered by the company. I must acknowledge that the training here is exceptionally well-structured, allowing me to build these skills effectively on the job.

Grad college was a great experience and learnt lots. However, in house training is a bit difficult. Everyone is always busy with their jobs so it's hard to get proper training

Very limited training. Online trainings could have been recorded because when several trainings are clustered into the first week of employment, freshers can forget what was learnt because when starting in new employment, there's too much information to absorb. Got even told "we don't do double trainings" in the first week of employment by the manager because I had asked about docusign process for the 2nd time. Disappointing! .. On the positive side, alot of self-training and learning is required and throughout time alot of compliance tasks are learned, good brush up of accounting skills, great hands-on experience with different types of clients, directors are kind enough to be tolerant of budget blowups with the first few months of jobs as we are still learning to bring in a good pace/efficiency.
