The Role
As a Human Resources – Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern, you will gain the opportunity to enhance your skills as you support our growing Recruitment Team in meeting the hiring needs of the different businesses.
- Assist recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process for our Business Operations and Technology roles (e.g., candidate screening, interview scheduling, monitor completion checks)
- Track, review and create reports dependent on the business needs
- Create branding materials for internal communications
- Support the implementation of our ongoing recruitment programs
- Take part in process improvement activities and initiatives of the TA team
The Requirements
- Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field with an excellent academic background
- Willing to be a part of a Full-Time Internship Program for 4-6 months
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
- A self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity in all their responsibilities
- Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
