Consultant. People and Change team in Consulting (Brisbane)
I’m working on a technology implementation project... which has approximately 8 different streams of work (including HR, Change Management, Procurement, Technology, etc.).
The most rewarding part of my job is watching the staff I work with and mentor grow into strong professionals, getting their CA qualification, learning how to work with clients, learning how to become advisors and strong auditors.
As tax touches so many facets of our lives, a lot of our work at Inland Revenue involves engaging with stakeholders or consulting with other agencies on policy proposals.
