I love that we have the opportunity to connect and learn from each other - different cultures, ideas and perspectives in life. And despite the differences, we are able to work together to achieve a common goal.
Currently, I am working with a team on a Work Process Improvement Project which aims to decrease production downtime due to the daily cleaning procedure being done on this machine.
There’s so much to learn that I get overwhelmed at times but I get that satisfaction when you figure out how the equipment works. It really gets me going and you really get to learn something new every day.

As the Program Manager of Shearwater’s Medical Coding Academy, I have been given the opportunity to help nurses get involved in medical coding through their scholarship program.
While in support I thoroughly enjoyed the troubleshooting aspects, sharing my knowledge acquired with others and helping retailers get the solution they require while delivering the most effective service.
I get to travel for free to many countries, I am currently typing this right now on a plane heading to Dubai to receive my starter package from my office, and I will still be returning to Dubai later this month.
