I believe that anyone could do this job as long as they have the core traits of resilience, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability not to take themselves too seriously.
I enjoy watching the project progress and seeing the collaborative efforts of the entire project team come together in reality. It certainly is rewarding to reach project milestones as a team, knowing you have played a role in reaching them.
Mitch Jones studied a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science), majoring in Environmental Management at Western Sydney University – Hawkesbury Campus in 2016, and is now an Environmental Graduate at John Holland.

Mitchell studied a Bachelor of Engineering, Hons. (Mechanical) at the University of Newcastle and is now a Graduate Engineer at the Department of Defence.
There’s seldom a day where I don’t learn something new at work. This is important to me. I need to feel I am progressing in many aspects of life; my job is no different.
The other important aspect that makes working here enjoyable is the people. It’s great to be able to laugh and smile at work each day with people from all over the world and share our differences and commonalities. I learned a lot from all the people here.
