One other priority project that I am working on is establishing processes to improve the traceability of the materials we use in the production process.

Going to the office on some days helps teams build relationships and camaraderie within and outside our team. One thing I like about this initiative is that it aims to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities (PWDs) and give employees a relaxing massage. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone!
