1. Interested applicants to submit their updated CV via CDO careers email and job portals (Jobstreet and Jobs180).
2. HR Recruiters to call prospective applicants for initial screening.
3. If passed, applicants to receive details for the online assessment that can be accomplished for 1-2 hours.
4. Recruiters to endorse shortlisted candidates to the requesting department for virtual interviews. Usually 2 stages of interview are conducted depending on the position.
5. If applicants passed all the stages of interview, Recruiters to proceed in background investigation.
6. If passed, Recruiter to present and discuss the job offer details.
7. If a candidate accepts, Recruiter to send the list of pre-employment requirements and wait for the completed medical and requirements before deployment.
8. New hires to report to office on their first day.

Application process generally takes up to 2 weeks.

Common Selection Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Willing to work in Valenzuela Plant or in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
• With above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Has integrity and open to continuous learning and growth
   

Salary differs per position but the common offer for fresh graduates would range from Php 18,000 - Php 20,000.
