Recruitment Process

  1. Initial Interview - Conducted by one of our Recruitment team members.
  2. Exam - Online exam
  3. Hiring Manager's Interview - Conducted by the immediate superior.
  4. Department Head's Interview - Conducted by the leader of the department.
  5. HR Interview - Conducted by the HR Manager or HR Lead.
