Selection Criteria
A successful Graduate Trainee applicant is a fresh graduate with a good scholastic standing. S/he is a well rounded individual, not only excels in academics but also thrives in his/her social endeavors. S/he has a background in Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics and Engineering. S/he is a self starter, a team player and can work effectively with people from different levels of the organization.
The Colgate-Palmolive Philippines Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month program which provides fresh graduates with insights into the operations of our company, giving them on-the-job work experience and cross-functional exposure while building the digital capabilities of the organization. You will be immersed into digital and data analytics roles through role shadowing, leading and taking part in projects and mentoring to have an orientation of the full Colgate-Palmolive operations. After the program, you will be placed into various digital positions in the company.
