If pass, you will be scheduled for an online video call assessment. It will be at least 3 more online interviews, which are the: HR internal interview, the technical interview and lastly, and the client interview.
Once passed, the next step is for a job offer and contract signing.
Selection Criteria:
Most of the successful fresh graduate candidates were showing confidence that they'll be able to answer the questions during the interview. This is because they have studied the job requirements and job descriptions. They did practice how to answer behavioural and situational questions that they might be able to encounter.
And they put effort into preparing the necessary tools for the online interview.
