There are two ways for you to become an Eclaro applicant/candidate: First, by applying through different job platforms such as Jobstreet, Monsters, and others; and Second, by being a sourced candidate of one of the Talent Acquisition team. If you apply to Eclaro on different job portals, you have to attached a detailed resume on that platform or send directly your profile to our provided recruitment email address. Kindly wait for at least 2 business days and you'll be able to receive a call from our Talent Acquisition team. If you receive a call from the Talent Acquisition team, you have to expect that it will be a 10 to 15 minutes phone interview, and they will let you know at the end of the call if you will be endorse for the next step or not. If you pass the phone interview, you will be scheduled for an online video call assessment. It will be at least 3 more online interviews, those are the: HR internal interview, technical interview and lastly, the client interview. If you pass all of the interviews, the next step is for job offer and contract signing. Now, if you are a sourced candidate of the Talent Acquisition team of Eclaro, you'll be able to receive a phone call from one of the Technical Recruiters from the start of the process. It will also serves as a phone screening interview. If you pass the phone interview, you will also be scheduled for an online video call assessment. It will also be at least 3 online interviews, which are for HR internal interview, technical interview and lastly, the client interview. And if you pass all of the interviews, the next step is for job offer and contract signing process. There will be an writing exam given for every fresh graduate candidates every after HR internal interview, to assess the grammar skills of the applicants. And for every technical positions, there will be a separate technical exams given, also after HR internal interview.
