Your responsibilities

• Working on entity and user onboarding requests on the EY Payroll portal for external clients.
• Working on various functional support requests on the payroll tool.
• Work on the admin module of the payroll tools for client-specific customizations as and when needed.
• Work with the IT teams in testing and deployment of new releases of the payroll tool.
• Closely coordinate with the development and vendor teams on tool-specific issues.

About you

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree, in any discipline with a strong affinity towards IT tools and technologies.
• 0-2 years of total work experience preferably in IT production support on IT tools and applications.
• Able to provide functional support in good time to respond to critical usage requests from the business.
• Positive attitude to function in a multi-cultural and team environment.
• Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, and structured thinking abilities and be able to see a project through to the end.
