SAP FIORI Consultant
Our Team is currently looking for young and fresh professionals focused on providing best and state of the art IT solutions to our business clients.
The opportunity
You will be working in a diverse and highly competitive team that delivers best practices of SAP solutions and development. You will be supported of formal and informal training programs that will help you to develop your technical skills in SAP FIORI.
Your key responsibilities
The SAP FIORI Consultant Campus hire will be primarily responsible in developing front-end
applications for business functions. FIORI Consultants will develop, test, debug, and implement SAP Fiori applications by working closely with functional and testing teams - understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs, and ensuring that applications are according to the client expectations.

To qualify for the role you must have
- At least Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field (degree with technical coding or development background is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Detail oriented yet able to present complex analysis in concise and actionable manner to all levels within the organization.
- Must be a good team player.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in SAP background is a plus

One of the things I appreciate the most is the company culture regarding asking questions. Since I am an engineering graduate with no prior experience or exposure to business tax, I went into my job blind and confused about many things. Both the Manila and SG teams have been very helpful in helping me settle into my role and clearing up any confusions with the work given to me. There's no such thing as "stupid questions"; if you really don't know something, you are encouraged to ask and not default to ๏ฌguring it out on your own

The hierarchy is very complex, and you tend to get passed around when you ask questions

The base pay is somewhat competitive within the industry. The presence of a variable bonus makes the compensation package very appealing. These bonuses are tied to performance, company pro๏ฌtability, and individual achievements, providing a strong incentive for employees to excel in their roles
Not the worst, but one minor issue I have (probably just because I'm new to the set-up) is that I'm working closely with a team that I don't even see or talk to in person. Being the ๏ฌrst in the BTA-QS team to support SG, I only have my onshore counterparts and teammates to consult with for work questions and other related things. It feels weird to me for the time being, but I'll get used to it with time
