In E.Y., one doesn't get promoted when a spot opens up. One will get promotion when he/she deserves to be promoted.

Career prospects at our company are based on performance and the company's key performance indicators (KPIs), so for me, the system has been excellent. I am satisfied with the opportunities for promotion and career progression because they are clearly defined. This approach ensures that hard work and tangible results are recognized and rewarded. Additionally, the company provides regular feedback and development plans to help employees stay on track with their career goals and continuously improve their skills for future advancement.

I have yet to be promoted as I am a new hire that started few weeks ago.

I'm still new in the EY. But the opportunities they are giving is the best. Working with EY is a dream.

Well one just need to abide the laws and compliance that are set by the company. If one’s record are all good then promotion isn’t way too far ahead.
