We're required to return to office 2 days a week to communicate with other staffs/seniors and increase relationship between coworkers.

I love how approachable everyone is, even those of much higher authority.

In terms of teamwork, the culture within the company is supportive and reliable. My colleagues are dependable and always willing to assist whenever I have questions.

People (seniors in particular) are very approachable and helpful when it comes to questions. They are very supportive and knowledgeable on the matter

The team is very friendly and helpful. The seniors are knowledgeable and are willing to teach us.

I only started about a month ago but based on my observation and experience, the people that I work with are helpful and approachable. They would offer help as much as they can, especially my Counselor and my Buddy. I work from 9AM to 6PM and I can confidently close my work laptop after 6PM without any worries. My company promotes a well work-life balance, so I get to rest and relax during after-hours.

For now, I've only really gotten close with the BTA-QS team. I appreciate that everyone in the team is treated equal to one another (partly because all of us are in the same Staff position anyways). Everyone is also extremely helpful when one has questions regarding anything related to work; no one assumes you know everything. Even for the few people I interacted with on other teams, I can feel that they are very friendly and accommodating. Socializing amongst colleagues doesn't feel difficult (the only barrier for me being I'm generally shy around new people when I first meet them).

Always the vision to improve myself by upskilling through trainings ang certifications.

Everything are so good in every aspect to the point that I would like to recommend thus company to other people

It was really new to me to address my seniors with their first names only. It was a little shock to someone like me who was brought up from a traditional Filipino family.
