EY GDS places a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, particularly regarding women, ethnic minorities, and the LGBTIQA+ community. They prioritize inclusive recruitment practices to attract a wide range of candidates and implement unbiased evaluation processes. Promotion opportunities are merit-based and monitored for fairness. They also provide comprehensive benefits, such as child care support and generous maternity leave, to accommodate the varying needs of our employees and support their work-life balance. Diversity is reflected in their efforts to create an environment where all employees have the opportunity to succeed and feel supported.
