I'm in charge of multiple paper works for clients.

Manageable

I engage in work-based learning sessions whenever I am not assigned to a project. I have already gained valuable experience from my first engagement, where I was responsible for updating walkthroughs and conducting testing. So far, I have maintained a good work-life balance.

For now, training and committee task.

My day to day responsibilities include learning more about the role and readying up for future engagements

I engage in taking courses at success factors since I'm a new hire and currently don't have any engagements yet.

For now, I am currently training.

I'm a new hire so there are not many responsibilities except for the tasks I have with my engagements. Also, to learn as much from the engagement and WBLs that we have.

Daily learning

So far, the work hasn't been extremely heavy yet. The SG team acknowledges that I am both freshly hired and have no prior work experience whatsoever, so they are slowly easing me into the work. Most of it has just been internal emails, slide deck, meetings, etc. Through these, I get chances to learn how they conduct business a step at a time, which I truly appreciate.

So far so good. I've been in the training and it's very informative to give me the overview on what is I am working in the future.
