I communicated to two managers and they're both kinds to answer my inquiries and concerns.

Our managers are accessible and actively serve as mentors to the team. They maintain an open-door policy, encouraging employees to approach them with any questions or concerns. As mentors, they are invested in our professional development, offering guidance and sharing their expertise to help us grow in our careers.
