The seniors and staffs are very easy to approach when I have questions.

For me, the training primarily consisted of work-based learning sessions (WBLs) that lasted for a week, which I found to be quite satisfactory. I wasn't able to complete it immediately because I was assigned to an engagement shortly after it began. The WBLs were very helpful; the lessons were interactive and, despite being conducted online, felt as immersive as real-life scenarios. They effectively covered what one would do in an engagement from start to finish, providing a comprehensive understanding of the processes and tasks involved.

Supported by seniors but there is no proper structure yet but if there will be in the future, it could be a very great.

I learned the basic of SAP ABAP. We had a 1-month bootcamp with hands on activities.

The training really helped me understand what the nature of our job is

I don't think WBLs are enough in order to learn everything about the tasks/job. A lot of us talked about how we had to do everything independently which resulted to feeling lost and anxious during our very first engagement since a lot of us are inexperienced. The experience itself during the actual engagement helps a lot tho.

Web-based learning. A self-study type of readings and video lectures with assessments after each topic.

EY GDS give the best training you can have.

I am very satisfied with the training but i think we need more time to atleast dig the deepest information we need for the actual project

F2F and online class is all fun and challenging.

EY has plenty of required web-based learning materials for new hires. These materials ranged from company-wide to specific for Tax/Business Tax and were great alternatives for in-person trainings. As for on-the-job trainings, the SG team decided to ease me into the work instead of providing detailed trainings for each aspect. I appreciate it more to be honest, since it will stick with me more instead of just reading things from a slide deck.

It was very useful in learning the field that was my current role.

The instructors are very accommodating and always asks as if we’re okay the learning materials and guide are well organized and on point.
