Working Hours at EY Global Delivery Services PH

The company is very flexible when it comes to work hours. Of course, we're required to complete 8 hours a day, but it doesn't matter what time in a day you start, as long as you complete 8 hours.

It is flexible. Employees have the freedom to adjust their start and end times to suit their individual circumstances. EY GDS also provides the option to work from home when needed.

There are no set shifts in EY GDS. Meaning to say, even if my shift technically starts at 9 AM, I can clock in as early as 8 AM so that I can get off work by 5 PM. The only strict thing is to complete the 8-hour workday, but I do appreciate that you can adjust accordingly just as long as you complete the 8 hours.
