Job description

• Conducts operations audits to ensure compliance with company procedures
• Plans and supervise the implementation of projects for factory improvement, maintenance and repairs
• Analyzes documents, simplifies and recommends improvements on current procedures
• Responsible for monitoring/ensuring that the production process is done accordance to the prescribed Work Instructions and operating conditions
• Conducts area inspections and audit in reference to established hygiene, sanitation and safety requirements at all times
• Recommends project for improvement
• Can effectively incorporate theoretical knowledge such as but not limited to Time & Motion Study, Ergonomic, Plant Lay out, Electrical Lay out, etc.,

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial) Engineering (Mechanical) and Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
• Required skill(s): Communication Skills, MS Office, AutoCad.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Biñan City.
