The most challenging aspect is the heavy workload, which affects my productivity due to the lack of manpower and inadequate distribution of tasks among workers.
Maintaining a strong work-life balance can be difficult during busy periods where work demands more attention.
While the hours are fair, having a bit more flexibility could help with managing personal commitments and work tasks better.
Advancement is generally based on a combination of performance, tenure, and demonstrated skills, but the long time frame to transition from probationary to regular status can be a challenge.
The salary at my company is not very competitive, particularly given that I am effectively performing the duties of two employees while maintaining the same rate of pay.
