Job Description

  • Conducts interviews with users as part of the systems analysis stage of systems development
  • Coordinate with users in preparing data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram
  • Analyze user output requirements, and present system process flow, DFD, and ERD in preparation for data modeling activity
  • Prepare program specifications for the proposed system including screen and report prototypes
  • Convey program specifications to the programmer for development, or if necessary, handle coding of complex application programs
  • Prepares system level test scripts and test data
  • Conducts system level testing and ensures output requirements are obtained accurately
  • Lead project team in conducting user training program
  • Ensures that procedures for backup and recovery, for all deployed/implemented programs per application system assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology major in Business Analytics or any related courses
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required
  • Knowledge of database management systems and querying languages
  • Experience in Agile
  • Has experience in Project Management
  • Advanced working knowledge in business process analysis, computing principle and software applications
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges
  • With experience in software tools commonly used in business analysis such as but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Tableau, LucidChart, Trello and Microsoft Visio
  • Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)
Working Setup: Work Onsite
