Pros & Cons

  • Flexible Working hours Great community and people Trust by managers. Self learning badges and accreditations.
  • People Culture Work-Life Balance Learning and Training Resources.
  • The people. The team has been extremely welcoming and giving with their time to help me in the early stages of my career.
  • Lean team
  • The freedom that you get can be a downside if you are not willing to forge your own path. Be honest with yourself. If you are not the type of person to put yourself out of your comfort zone, you may find yourself bored in HPE, however if you can push the boundaries and are outgoing enough to take on responsibilities that are required, your career will thrive.
  • Some internal processes create delays.

Career Prospects
Plenty of opportunities to move into higher levels of responsibility in the future, but also to move across to new roles outside of your comfort zone if you ever feel like a change, which is good because at other companies, you might feel like you need to leave to get that.

I met over the phone and had an interview with someone from Korn Ferry and then moved on to an in-person interview with my now people leader I thought both of these were very positive conversations where I felt they were both genuinely trying to get to know me and I wasn't being seen as just another candidate I think the assessments I completed after the interviews were slightly challenging and I felt quite a time crunch with them - but I understand that's the point of them so I think they were a good fit.
