International Airlines Services  Asia Inc ( IASA Inc.),  is a  branch of International Airlines Services Limited  (IASL) a London based company.  IAS is a subsidiary of  KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.  IAS was set up in 1994 to initially service airline trade clients specializing in the marine and offshore travel business. It provides  24/7 services and marketing support through it follow the sun operations with locations in London and Manila. As a group, IAS provides its services to 11 airlines in total.

Other than its core business of marine and offshore travel services, the IAS Manila office is set up as a BPO and call centre rendering activities to its mother company, Air-France KLM. Europe and North American airline back-office support are handled during  Manila day operations, while the Call centre operations follow the work hours of the Asia Pacific and Europe establishments. Its multilingual call centre team communicates with the Air France KLM trade and direct customers in four languages, Korean, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia and English.

IASA Inc employs more than five hundred employees. It is a PEZA registered company and a member of the Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP).

  • Successful applicants have the passion for the service industry particularly the Airline & Travel industry.
  • Knowledge and Experience in customer service, airline operations and ticketing experiences will be a plus and would help the candidate get selected.
