As a Customer Support Service Agent (Airline Reservations and Ticketing), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns.
As for the schedule, you will have a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.
This opportunity will open your avenues to expand your knowledge on Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Customer Service Skills, Airline Operations, Reservations and Ticketing and many more related to our industry in the Airline/BPO setting.
