Job Responsibilities:
- Build and develop RPA solutions.
- Maintain and provide support for existing RPA solutions.
- Collaborate in identifying processes suitable for automation.
- Create detailed solution design documents and other technical documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and internal testing.
- Assist in solution deployment.
- Evaluate analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
- Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code to demonstrate and document solutions.
- Migrate UiPath projects to Microsoft Power Automate.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or IT-related field.
- Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, and specifications.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Excel macros/VBAs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to perform data management and querying using SQL (MS SQL, SSMS).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Big Data and Python/Python Web Automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot is highly desirable.
- Understanding of REST API and ability to perform CRUD operations is preferred.

Assigned to certain accounts (FSLIs) from different engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include inquiries, requesting client documents and records, vouching, documentation, noting and addressing differences, etc.
Especially during the busy season when we handle several clients simultaneously, sometimes, I think I can perform better.

Cons
The busy seasons gets challenging at times
If one wants to make a sustainable living, one has to spend a bit more time advancing in the industry. The growth and experience is worth it, but not all have the privilege to make the investment of time, nor do all view it as commensurate to their efforts. In simpler words, my job may not be as financially rewarding as other entry-level positions, but I am motivated by the rewards in the long haul.
I would say it's the workload. As an auditor, we handle multiple engagements at the same time and it can be very overwhelming at times.
The toxic and numerous workloads during busy seasons.
Although the learning and growth are undeniable, compensation is really low. During busy season, we stayed almost 12-15 hours at the office and overtime charges really depend on the budget for each engagement. The allowances and monetary benefits are also not that great.
