I'd say working with my team has been great so far. Everybody effectively works on their tasks and everybody is willing to lend a helping hand. It's also really fun hanging out with the team outside office hours. I don't find it difficult to approach my seniors and managers so asking for help has been an ease.

In every engagement, we work as a team although there are times or instances when camaraderie is not attained due to conflict of schedules from the seniors to whom you can ask questions. Outside work, people are also very inclusive, comfortable, and fun to be with.

The people are very warm and open.

The culture in the office is great. Most of the people are approachable, smart, and easy to work with. However, I have a concern about my boundaries. I found that even after working hours or when I'm on my official leave, there are times I am required to still respond to emails, take calls, and provide action as the need arises.

Most people are easy to get along with. You can even exchange jokes with the managers, as long as its appropriate.

The people inside the company are very supportive and helpful. They are not toxic and we do a lot of hanging-outs after office hours.
