The basic and monthly compensation is my top-most concern with regard the position.

Compensation is really low especially for CPAs, despite being graduates with flying colors in a prestigious university. There are bonuses, but it's not so much. I hope they will work on these since this is one of the common issues why employees resign.

I think that the pay is not satisfactory given the amount of work we render in auditing tons of clients.

I am grateful for the bonuses, but pay can still be higher considering the scope and load of work.
